Construction of the new office building and showroom of Koopman company, an international supplier of consumer goods, begun in October 2015. Suitable plot of land  in Vestec near Prague has been found by our company in the period from June to December 2014 and design documentation as the architectural concept was prepared, followed by the building permit design  documentation.

Showroom and the office building consists of a single object, which is designed in a rectangular shape  with a total floor area of 3.200 m2 and it occupies about 1/3 of the total plot of land. Building has a lightweight cladding facade with the area of glazed facade at the main entrance to the building. Facilities and offices are illuminated by strip windows. The facade is architecturally designed of vertical and horizontal hanging belts which accentuate the window elements. Main entrance to the administrative areas is located on the ground floor in the glazed wall of the southwest corner of the building. Road surfaces are of interlocking pavement tiles as a final surface. The remaining external areas land were made up of greenery, trees and grassy areas.

The entrance hall is open through two floors, offering direct access to both floors of the showroom. The main showroom space of approximate size of 2.000 m2 is also directly accessible from the administrative part of the building facilities. There are floor are offices, archives, stores, a day room, toilets and entrance for employees on the ground, while utility room (engine room HVAC) and handy storage are located upstairs. Floors are connected both by staircase and lift. Administrative facilities and social background is of standard specification. Goods for everyday consumption are exhibited in the showroom.
