Reconstruction of an apartment house in Prague 8 – Libeň

Apartment house is located in the district of Libeň in Prague 8. This is the type terraced prefabricated house type VVÚ-ETA of 1990 with 8 overground floors and 1 underground floor. In each floor there are 2 residential units, the total is in the house 16 apartment units. Its total built-up area is only 249 square meters. Residential building has a rectangular plan and a flat roof and a basement in their entire built-up area.

Our company realizes in this house an extensive renovation of the common areas, which has been started in January 2015.

Part of the underground floor reconstruction was replacing tiles, complete renovation of the cellars where the original substandard partitions were replaced with brick partitions with new doors and quality fittings. Furthermorer  a replacement windows has been made, new plumbing, hot water and cold water an replecement of electrical wiring have been realized.

In the entry, thus 1^st overground floor have been exchanged tiles, also has been fitted new interior double doors, were repaired wall surfaces and has been realised new glass wall with luxfers providing natural daylight into the entry area of the house.

In area between 1^st overground floor and 8^th overground floor will be implemented new PVC floor covering, repaired wall surfaces and their repainting and replacement of stair handrails, including new paint railings.

Part of the reconstruction is delivery of a new lift, which will have a significantly larger interior space and is equipped with the recovery of electricity from its operation.

In the house have been also repaired exterior walls of 1^st onverground floor and staricase walls and landscaping including planting two new trees have beed carried out.
