This project consists of a hall for production and servicing of large gearboxes and a new administrative building with a total built-up area of 9.000 m2. It also includes two extensions to the hall with facilities and technical rooms and outdoor warehouses. As part of the general construction supply of the new building, our company provides all MEP installation, including design documentation. The building is designed with an emphasis on high energy efficiency and future fossil-free operation, and the plant's interesting feature is its modern architectural appearance. The construction also includes extensive land development with the construction of an entrance, retaining walls, paved areas and roads in the area, parking spaces and landscaping.
