Newly constructed COMPLEX OF Dymo Logistics Park s.r.o., Nymburk

The newly constructed warehouse hall with a total usable area of 4,037 m2 will be used for long-term leasing for the storage of raw materials, finished products, and packaging. The hall is a single-story building divided into several storage areas. It also includes a three-story mezzanine structure (Section A) and a two-story mezzanine structure (Section B). Access to the second floor of mezzanine A is provided by a prefabricated reinforced concrete two-flight staircase with an intermediate landing. Within the hall, fire-resistant partition walls constructed from 100 mm mineral-core panels are planned. These walls are either supported by a steel structural framework or anchored directly to the prefabricated structural columns of the building. The hall also includes employee welfare facilities and office spaces. The building is constructed using a prefabricated reinforced concrete structural system, supported by foundations on drilled concrete piles. The hall will be clad with horizontal sandwich panels with a mineral wool and IPN core, and will be covered by a flat roof bordered by a parapet. The hall will be naturally ventilated by roof skylights controlled by electric drives. The hall's storage areas will be heated by under-ceiling hot water circulation units. The heat source for heating the hall and the mezzanine structures will be air-to-water heat pumps.
The facility will be connected via newly constructed utility connections. The site layout includes paved internal circulation routes and designated parking areas.
